1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT-7 Mountain Standard Time) or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Time

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days. Delivery time is calculated from the date of shipment, not the date the order was placed. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier conditions.

3. Shipping Costs

Free shipping on all orders within the United States.

4. Carriers

All U.S. orders are shipped via UPS. A tracking number will be provided for every shipment.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing the following information:

Tracking number

Direct link to track your package

Estimated delivery date

You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your "Order History."

Didn't receive the tracking email? Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, please contact us at info@poppyandcrowm.com, and we will resend it to you immediately.

6. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

If you discover an error in the address after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships.

If an order has already shipped but is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Poppy and Crow is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps:

1. Ask neighbors or other household members.

2. Check around the delivery location (e.g., porch, mailbox, side door, garage, etc.).

3. Wait 24 hourscarriers sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely.

4. Contact UPS directly to file a claim.

8. Order Delays

Shipments may be delayed due to the following reasons:

Carrier delays during peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, etc.)

Severe weather or natural disasters

Surge in order volume during promotional events

Incorrect or incomplete delivery address

If your order experiences a significant delay, please contact us, and we will check the order status with the carrier.
