We accept returns and exchanges for most clothing items within 30 business days of delivery. Return requests submitted after this 30-day period will not be accepted.

Items eligible for return or refund must meet the following requirements:

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and free of stains, makeup marks, perfume scents, or pet hair.

- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and attached to the item.

- Items must be in a resalable condition.

2. Non-Returnable and Final Sale Items

The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

- All clearance, discounted, and flash sale items

- Items with removed tags, signs of wear, stains, or alterations

- Items returned after the 30-day return window

- Accessories and hygiene-sensitive items (where applicable)

3. How to Process a Return and Exchange

Return authorization must be obtained before shipping any items back. Unauthorized returns will not be processed and may be returned to the customer.

Please follow these steps:

1. Contact us via our customer service email, providing your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Wait for our team to review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with return instructions.

3. Securely repackage the item(s) with all original tags attached.

4. Ship the package to the return address specified by our team.

4. Return Shipping Costs and Fees

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to a shipping error on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not liable for return packages lost or damaged during transit.

5. Inspection Process

Once our warehouse receives your return package, our team will carefully inspect the condition of the items. If the items meet our return criteria, we will process a refund or exchange. If the items fail inspection, we reserve the right to refuse the return and send the items back to you; the customer is responsible for any associated shipping costs.

6. Refund Processing Time

- Once we receive and inspect the returned items, processing the refund typically takes 510 business days.

- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

- The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer's processing speed and may take 12 billing cycles.

7. Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange for a different size or style within the 30-day return period (subject to stock availability). If the requested replacement item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and its packaging. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

9. Policy Updates

Poppy and Crow reserves the right to update or modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our store following any policy updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
